Sustain Exchange will receive an initial issuance program for Security Token Offering united with the Tezos protocol. This will permit them to arise Security Token Offerings (STO's) on Tezos. This will begin the path to "a pipeline of asset tokenizations on Tezos in the section". Sustain Exchange is based in the UAE, the United Arab Emirates (Most desirable known for its capital city: Dubai). The UAE is 1 of the GCC's five members (Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf). In July this year, the Tezos Foundation laid the basis for Tezos selection in the GCC region by signing an MoU with Taibah Valley in Saudi Arabia.
The expansion of the issuance policies is part of more significant interest from Sustain Exchange in Tezos. Sustain will also acquire baking support to allow staking rewards and become part of Tezos' on-chain governance mechanism in extension to the issuance platform. Sustain is getting an interest in actively contributing to the Tezos ecosystem, particularly the self-sovereign identity projects built on Tezos currently. For example, Spruce Systems' decentralized identifier (DID) project on Tezos. This is an example of companies understanding the possibilities that a flexible protocol similar to Tezos grants through its on-chain governance mechanism. Not simply active assistance, but also offering upgrades that are especially helpful for purposes they see fit. Any proposals that Sustain does will need to be clicking in the Tezos core protocol in such a method that Sustain will have the comfort of the majority of the bakers for the scheme to pass the on-chain voting rounds. Sustain Exchange about Tezos:
"Our commitment to the Tezos protocol continues to the value we need to build on SUSTAIN.EXCHANGE helps the 1.8 billion members of the Muslim community over the world to securely passage and trade cryptocurrencies supported by state-of-the-art blockchain technology. Building on Tezos gives us access to a successful and technically experienced global ecosystem of builders and developers and will help us strengthen our processes and achieve the milestones we have planned for SUSTAIN," said Sulaiman Al Fahim in the press release.
Sulaiman Al Fahim is the originator of Sustain Exchange and was previously the CEO of Hydra Properties Real Estate Development Company based in Abu Dhabi. He also took the place of President of the Arab Union for Real Estate for two terms. (From 2009 to 2013 and from 2013 to 2017.)
Hubertus Thonhauser, Chairman of the Tezos Foundation Council:
"We are excited to greet SUSTAIN.EXCHANGE to the Tezos ecosystem addressed their state as a leader in digital innovation. The Tezos Foundation sincerely anticipates SUSTAIN's participation both to the protocol and to the maturity of the Tezos ecosystem in the GCC region and beyond."
Active participation of other organizations that look into building their applications on Tezos:
Sustain Exchange is not the primary to develop on Tezos while concurrently enhancing a part of the Tezos community. We've seen ENVITED become very active in the community. ENVITED is a workgroup that examines virtual proof of validation of deeply automated driving functions. Workgroup affiliates include automotive companies such as Audi, BMW, Daimler and Porsche, and other Partners.
Tezos' on-chain governance method enables any object to recommend upgrades or additions while settling wholly decentralized and trustless. This is a fascinating quality for companies or other things that want to build on a public blockchain but miss specific current protocol qualities. Simultaneously, the Proof of Stake device and the way Tezos' on-chain governance is designed, no single entity can take over the chain without owning over 50% of the circulating supply. In other words: the democratic method of checks and balances gives the independence of the chain.
Only different qualities and changes that do not interfere with the current protocol are welcomed and will make it through the governance cycle. Another Security Token Offering 2021 on Tezos
